ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices displayed are in USD (United States Dollars)
Payment accepted via credit card or debit card through Stripe secure payment processing
Full payment is required before order processing begins
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification
Promotional codes (such as LAUNCH10) must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively

SHIPPING POLICY
NOTE: The following shipping policy applies to all inventory purchases.

DIAMOND INVENTORY SHIPPING
Shipping Method: All genuine diamond and pearl inventory ships via FedEx International Priority for guaranteed speed, insurance, and security.
Delivery Time: 7-10 business days door-to-door from Japan
Shipping Fee: Included in the listed price of each diamond inventory item
Insurance: Full value coverage included
Tracking: Real-time tracking provided via FedEx

SWAROVSKI ZIRCONIA SHIPPING
Shipping Method: All Zirconia products ship via EMS (Express Mail Service)
Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
Tracking: Full tracking included via Japan Post
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (typically $25-45 USD)

MIXED ORDERS (ZIRCONIA + DIAMOND)
When your order includes both Zirconia/Swarovski and Diamond items, the entire order ships via FedEx International Priority to ensure unified tracking and full insurance coverage.

PROCESSING TIME
Diamond Inventory: 2-5 business days
Zirconia Products: 2-5 business days
Master License Diamond Kits: 2-3 business days
Digital Course Access: Immediate upon payment confirmation

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
FOR DIAMOND BUNDLES
Import duties and taxes are INCLUDED in your final price for most countries. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

FOR ZIRCONIA PRODUCTS
Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Most countries assess $0-15 USD in fees, though this varies by destination.

GENERAL CUSTOMS INFORMATION
1carat declares the actual purchase value for all customs documentation
1carat is not responsible for customs delays or inspection procedures
Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country

RETURNS & REFUNDS
GENERAL POLICY
No returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival
Custom-selected diamonds and certification courses are FINAL SALE and non-refundable
Digital products (online courses, certifications) are non-refundable once access is granted

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective items will be replaced or refunded within 30 days of receipt
To request a replacement, contact info@1carat.net with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery
Return shipping for defective items will be covered by 1carat

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All diamond shipments are fully insured
Report lost or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery
We will file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order
Provide photos and documentation to expedite the claim process

All Swarovski crystals and zirconia are genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors
Each crystal meets Swarovski’s strict quality standards
Certificates of authenticity available upon request

No monthly subscription fees — one-time payment only

Students may showcase their work and use their certification for promotional purposes

DELIVERY ISSUES

SHIPPING DELAYS
Most delays are caused by customs clearance procedures
We are not responsible for customs delays, but we will assist with tracking and documentation
Contact us if your order is delayed beyond 21 business days from ship date
We will work with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

RECOMMENDATIONS

Use appropriate tools and materials as recommended in course content

The 1carat™ trademark, logo, and all course materials are protected by copyright
Course content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission

Unauthorized use of 1carat™ branding or course materials may result in legal action and revocation of certification

PERMITTED USE FOR CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS
Display your 1carat™ certification in your salon or online portfolio
Use “1carat™ Certified Diamond Nail Technician” in your marketing materials
Share before/after photos of your diamond nail work with proper attribution
Participate in the 1carat™ StyleBook publication (eligibility requirements apply)
